Jon Olsen brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in the medical technology industry. He has served as Managing Director at Smith & Nephew and Senior Director at Medtronic’s Cardiac & Vascular Group. Jon’s extensive expertise in managing high-performing teams and driving strategic growth has made him a respected leader in the healthcare sector.

Paul Kryzwicki is a seasoned financial leader with over 15 years of experience in finance and operations. As a licensed CPA, he has served as Division Controller for a startup company, where he played a key role in driving financial strategy and growth. Paul holds a degree from Laurentian University and brings a strong background in managing complex financial operations to his role as CFO.

Samer Kaba has over 25 years of experience in clinical development, with a strong background as Chief Medical Officer at Adnovate Clinical and Akos Therapeutics, and as CEO of Avero Therapeutics. A board-certified neurologist, Samer brings deep medical expertise and leadership to his role as CMO, where he is focused on advancing clinical strategy and innovation.

Gil Issachar is an accomplished technology leader with over 11 years of experience in software development, algorithm design, data science, and research. He holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, with a thesis focused on signal processing and neuroscience. As CTO, Gil leverages his deep technical expertise to drive innovation and advance the company’s technological capabilities.

Dr. DuBraski is a sales and leadership veteran with over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He built his foundation at Medtronic and Covidien and transitioned into startups and disruptive technologies. He has personally been involved with launching or expanding nine different medical devices across many modalities of medicine, including Cardiology, Pulmonary, Gastroenterology, and Neuro-Psych, as well as participating in three Public Offerings.
